Laboratory Assistant-WVU Tech Beckley

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist with organization of the laboratories inventory and equipment records. 

-Perform laboratory set-ups for various courses.   

-Prepare reagents, clean glassware, culture bacteria, and operate autoclave.  

-Assist laboratory instructor in the teaching of laboratories.  

-Complete data entry and other special projects as assigned.   

Qualifications: 

-Currently enrolled at West Virginia University. 

-Major: Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering

-Communicate and work well with a variety of individuals.   

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. 

-Proficient in Windows-based applications and strong internet skills.
