Orientation Leader (#10497401)

Orientation Leaders (OLs) will represent WVU at New Student Orientation. OLs assist prospective students and their families during day-long orientation sessions by sharing information about resources and services on campus, providing excellent customer service, and showcasing the WVU campus and its community. OLs will participate in various tasks throughout each day including, but not limited to, welcoming participants, talking with students one-on-one, answering questions about the university, leading group discussions and activities, providing outreach to students via phone communication, etc. OLs should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about WVU, have excellent communication skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Orientation Leaders will be contracted to work Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
