Environmental Engineering Undergraduate Research Assistant (8462257)

Duties and Responsibilities 

Work with team members to collect water samples.

Become proficient in the use of standard procedures to analyze water samples for a variety of chemical and biological parameters.

Review published literature to develop experimental procedures or data analysis approaches.

Extract data from technical documents and summarize in Microsoft Excel.

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: 

Currently enrolled at West Virginia University as an undergraduate. 

Communicate and work well as a member of a team.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Excel.

Currently enrolled in Civil/Environmental Engineering or another field of relevance to water quality or environmental microbiology.
