Engineering Learning Center Tutor-Fundamentals of Engineering Program (8520838)

The Engineering Learning Center is seeking tutors/teaching assistants for the Spring/Fall 2025 academic year. The Fundamentals of Engineering Program employs tutors for a variety of subjects required for our students during their freshman/sophomore year. Subjects included: MATH 126-261, CHEM 110-235, PHYS 111-112, ENGR 100-102, CS 110-111, MAE 241-243, IENG 213-377 & EE 221

Applicants must have:

• At least a B (A preferred) in the subject for which they are applying

• 3.0 overall GPA or better

• Strong work ethic

• Positive Attitude

• Ability to work as a team

Starting rate for tutoring for the ELC is $12/hr.

Provide individual tutoring for students in the Statler College by subject. Also, lead study-group sessions in required core courses of the FEP.
