Video & Multimedia Content Creator Internship (8776997)

Join the innovative team at WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics as a Video & Multimedia Content Creator Intern! This internship provides a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in video production while contributing to our college's digital storytelling efforts. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging video content to promote college programs, events, and student success stories.

• Capture high-quality video footage, shoot interviews, and edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to create multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.

• Capture and edit compelling photos to accompany video content and enhance overall storytelling.

Experience:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience with video production equipment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video production skills, creativity, and storytelling ability (applications without a portfolio will not be accepted).

• Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

• Experience with social media management and content creation is preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in video editing and post-production processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas through visual storytelling.
